1 tablespoon of onion powder
-
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
-
1/2 tablespoon of organic pepper

Grill the ribs without foil over a slow charcoal burn for an hour. Flip ribs occasionally.
If you do not have access to a grill you can also bake them in the oven at 350 degrees wrapped in heavy foil for 40 minutes or baked till your liking.
The Final Touch:
Once cooked mix your favorite bbq sauce and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Popz' Sweet and Hot Datil Pepper sauce or add more or less depending on desired "heat".

"The greatest credit goes to my church Providence Christian Baptist. It is they who aided in my first sale and encouraged me to sell-on. When I was thinking of what to call it the inspiration came from my children who said, “Call it Popz’, Pops!” When my lovely wife demanded , “Don’t you touch my bottle of sauce," and my own my mother insisted on paying me for her gift, I knew I had something. It’s da’ bomb baby!"
