Net's Famous Ribs and Popz' Datil Pepper Sauce Recipe
Made from Florida home grown datil peppers, Popz' Sweet & Hot Datil Pepper Sauce is the perfect addition to any entree. It's da bomb baby!
4 to 6 lbs of ribs
1 tablespoon of paprika
1 tablespoon of onion powder
1 tablespoon of garlic powder
1/2 tablespoon of organic pepper
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
1 cup of organic apply cider
16oz of your favorite bbq sauce
1 5oz bottle of Popz' Sweet and Hot Datil Pepper Sauce
Soak ribs overnight in apple cider vinegar in a sizable container that allows the robs to lay flat. Add water so that is covers the ribs and place in the refrigerator. Once soaked overnight remove from fridge, rinse off and dab dry.
Mix the paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt and pepper together in small container. Rub all over ribs.
Grill the ribs without foil over a slow charcoal burn for an hour. Flip ribs occasionally.
If you do not have access to a grill you can also bake them in the oven at 350 degrees wrapped in heavy foil for 40 minutes or baked till your liking.
The Final Touch:
Once cooked mix your favorite bbq sauce and 2 to 3 tablespoons of Popz' Sweet and Hot Datil Pepper sauce or add more or less depending on desired "heat".
